Webinars and Masterclasses

Refund eligibility for paid webinars or masterclasses will be clearly stated on the respective registration page.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Webinar registrations are generally non-refundable once the event has taken place
• If a refund policy is offered for a specific webinar, requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

Digital Programs and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access to the program or course materials has been granted.

If a specific program offers a refund window, the details will be clearly stated on the respective sales page.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

For individual coaching sessions:

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice
• Once a coaching session has been completed, it is non-refundable

If a client needs to reschedule a confirmed session, they should contact us in advance to arrange an alternative time.
